Return/Warranty Policy

EZ-Ski® offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for every item we produce. This warranty is for the original purchaser only and does not transfer if the item is sold.  This warranty covers: 

Structural Integrity of the Hitch-Hauler or accessory. This does NOT include wearable items such as but not limited to: coating, bunk guards, or accessories that we do not manufacture. 

EZ-Ski® reserves the right to inspect all items in a warranty claim and exclusively determine if the item is covered. EZ-Ski® reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund ( in whole or a portion of ) monies paid to EZ-Ski.® Warranty does NOT include shipping to or from EZ-Ski® facility. Modifying your item in ANY way will VOID the manufacturer’s warranty.
